Wetherspoons is selling a fruity pineapple and mango gin liquor in its Spoons’ 17-day gin festival, which will run until 1st September.
Eden Mill’s Love Gin Mango and Pineapple Gin liquor is described as packing a fruity punch by the pub, which also contains papaya, cantaloupe, and peach.
Wetherspoons’ recommends trying the vibrant yellow-colored gin with ginger ale or Fentimans Valencian orange tonic water. The alcohol has 20% alcohol by volume (ABV) content.
The festival has more fruity beverages including limited-edition Wetherspoons’ range like Jawbox Pineapple and Ginger Gin liquor.
This variant also has 20% ABV content. It has warm ginger with sticky sugary pineapple and as per the pub, mixing it with ginger ale will give an extra kick.
There’s a flamingo-themed gin liquor in the festival as well. The Zymurgorium FlaGingo Pink Gin contains exotic and berry flavors of pineapple, mango, passionfruit, ginger, and allspice. And unlike the previous two, it is stronger and has 38% ABV content.
The festival will serve twenty-nine types of gin out of which, thirteen are brand new. The Wetherspoons’ gin festival started on 16th August and will end on 1st September.
Wetherspoons’ said that the gin festival is happening in each of their U.K. pubs but will have different quantities of gin.
Along with these limited-edition flavors, the customer can also order their usual range gin including everyone’s favorite Tanqueray and Gordon’s.
One can also order the new gins using Spoons’ app, however, the prices will be different amongst different branches. The gins will cost around £2.60 to £5.05 with a mixer.
Recently, the pub was named as the best place to visit with children. This was done as the pub serves the kids organic juices, sustainable meat and fish, free-range eggs as well as vegan and veggie options along with a free piece of fruit.
