An adorable video of a polar bear rolling around in ice cubes on a hot day at a Utah zoo is winning the Internet.
A polar bear named Nora lives at the Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake City.
The zoo shared a video of Nora rolling around in ice cubes in her enclosure on a hot day.
Nora, who is recovering from surgery to repair a broken humerus bone, is living in a small holding area temporarily.
She will be back to her usual habitat once she gets recovered.
Nora was born on November 6, 2015, at the Columbus Zoo in Columbus, Ohio. She was adopted by the Hogle Zoo in 2017. She is one of the two female polar bears who are living at the Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake City.
According to the zoo’s website, ‘polar bears are built to stay so warm in the cold habitat that sometimes they overheat, and have to cool off in the cold Arctic waters.’
Utah’s Hogle Zoo dates from 1931 and is located at the mouth of Emigration Canyon. Its natural terrain covers 42 acres of tree-lined pathways where visitors can view over 800 animals, according to its website.
