Everyone has a right to do whatever they what and people talk about their rights and their own choices.
But, it doesn’t mean you do weird things that make other people uncomfortable.
The naked rider caught by a police officer who simply defended his nudity by telling officers: ‘It’s too hot.’
Officers in Märkisch-Oderland, in the eastern part of Brandenburg, Germany, asked this man, why he is riding naked. The man explained that he was feeling too hot.
The force in Brandenburg lander, north-east Germany, shared pictures of the naked man to Twitter and wrote: ‘We can’t disagree with what he said.’ They told the man to ‘put some pants on’ and let him continue his trip.
According to German meteorologists who announced that the 1947 heat record was broken in Coschen, where 38.6C war recorded, so we can not blame him.
Temperature goes high to 40C in many parts of the continent.
He was wearing shoes, to make a proper grip on the pedals, and a helmet to protect his head in case he fell off.
Just a small piece of clothes wouldn’t have too great an impact on his temperature and having some clothes would prevent other people from being distracted.
Police find this funny and shared pictures of the man on Twitter, asked people to take part in a caption competition.
They also let the man continue his journey once he wore something on. Interestingly though, the police said the man did not do a crime.
They said: “Although being naked or driving naked is not illegal, people can be issued with an administrative offense charge if people feel disturbed by a person’s nudity.”
Professor Hannah Cloke, a natural hazards researcher at the University of Reading, said the heat along with a build-up of humidity is a ‘potentially lethal combination.’
She also said: ‘Children, the elderly and people with underlying health conditions are particularly at risk.’
