“He Incited The Jan 6th Attack”- SEVEN US Capitol Police Officers SUE Donald Trump


Former US President Donald Trump and his allies have been reportedly sued for violating the KKK act with a ‘plot’ relating to the Capitol Riot incident that took place on January 6th.

The shocking lawsuit follows a number of other civil actions by a team of lawmakers coming from the Democratic side who reportedly risked their lives in the attack and then went on to provoke, aid, and then join a number of other defendants too.

Therefore, the Federal suit has gone on to name Trump, Roger Stone, Oath Keepers, and Proud Boys for their role in the horrifying incident.

The claims mentioned how they all violated the Ku Klux Klan Act which was initially designed to prevent all kinds of racial as well as political-themed violence.

The January 6th riot came at a time when Congress opted to meet the count for electoral votes that resulted in Joe Biden becoming the president of the US. Moreover, the lawsuit has also gone on to cite plenty of Tweets made by Donald Trump, including some election fraud claims as well as his speech conducted on the 6th of January.

Meanwhile, reports claim that Trump was acquitted in the Senate impeachment trial, right after the riot took place.
