We share a few well-known pressure points which can help you in pains.
1 The Three Miles Point
Location. The Three Miles Point is located about 1.5 inches below the knee cap.
Use. It helps to improve the digestion system and help treat various stomach aches, vomiting, and nausea. Bend the legs and apply firm pressure for one minute.
2 The Third Eye Point
Location. The Third Eye Point is between your eyebrows.
Use. It helps in headaches, depression, chronic fatigue, and stress. Apply gentle pressure for one minute.
3 The Pericardium Point
Location. The Pericardium Point you will found on the inner forearm about 3 fingers from the wrist, right between two tendons.
Use. It helps to provide relief from nausea, vomiting, and motion sickness. Apply firm pressure and massage for 4-5 seconds.
4 The Tong Zi Liao Point
Location. The Tong Zi Liao Point is located in the corner of the eye.
Use. It can help with migraines and reduce eye fatigue. Slowly rub the point with your fingertips until you feel relief.
5 The Big Rushing Point
Location. The Big Rushing Point is between the big toe and the second toe, one and a half inches behind them both.
Use. It helps to relieve headaches, eyes tiredness and foot cramps, and also can help to improve concentration. Press and hold for one minute.
6 The Sea of Tranquillity Point
Location. The Sea of Tranquillity Point can be found in the center of the chest.
Use. It helps to calm down and get relief from anxiety, depression, hysteria, and other emotional issues. Gently press and hold for one minute.
7 The Joining the Valley Point
Location. The Joining the Valley Point is situated between the thumb and index finger.
Use. This point is very helpful in getting relief from a toothache, neck and shoulder pain, and headaches. Apply pressure and hold or massage for a minute.
8 The Yongquan Point
Location. The Yongquan Point is located on the sole between the second and third toes.
Use. Useful for dealing with headaches, nausea, and fainting. Apply pressure with your fingertips and hold for one minute.
9 The Gates of Consciousness Point
Location. The Gates of Consciousness Point is located near the sides of the neck, at the base of the skull.
Use. It improves your headaches, migraine and dizziness problems. Apply pressure and hold for one minute.
10 The Wind Mansion Point
Location. The Wind Mansion Point is located on the back of the head, in the center of the hollow below the skull.
Use. It helps to relieve headache, sore throat, and nosebleeds. Apply firm pressure with your fingertip and hold for one to two minutes.
