In particular, Windel recalls how she was frightened and nervous to see a precarious landing that Maxwell made on a helicopter. Remembering how the helicopter flew much lower than safety requirements, Windel says that Maxwell came out of the cockpit laughing after putting several people in real danger.

Windel says that she was completely enraged at the nonchalance Maxwell displayed despite her dangerous maneuver, especially because Maxwell only few 40 or so feet above a few boaters who were out in the ocean.

According to Air Mail, this masseuse for some reason did not sign a non-disclosure agreement, which is why they say she was able to give this interview. Windel acknowledged the fact that there were in fact rumors around the island of the illegal sex ring, although no one knew for sure.
