Eagle-eyed royalists were quick at noticing how the Duke of Sussex was edited out from Prince Charles and Camilla’s heartfelt birthday wish for Prince William, in honor of his 39th birthday celebrations.
The photograph was shared by both Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla Parker-Bowles as a wish for Willam, who recently turned 39.
However, many fans and followers of the Royal Family were disappointed to see Prince Harry missing from a picture that was clearly cropped out by Charles or edited.
The Prince of Wales shared the image with the Duchess of Cornwall, which came as a series of images posted on social media. But one of the pictures which featured the trio seated at an opening ceremony for the 2014 Invictus Games revealed how Harry had been sadly left out.
The news comes despite the fact that Prince Harry was seated right next to his dad Charles during the event.
Meanwhile, other photographs from the honorable ceremony showcased both Harry laughing away as he chatted with both his brother William and stepmother Camilla. But none of those images were included in the sweet wish for William.
On the other hand, many fans felt convinced that the gesture was done intentionally by Prince Charles amid the growing tensions between the Duke of Sussex and the Royals.point 257 |
However, there were quite a few online viewers who were quick to come to Charles’s rescue, mentioning how the event was just a simple coincidence and meant nothing malicious.point 152 | 1
They went on to claim that perhaps it was Charles’ intention to focus solely on William and so should not be termed a Royal snub on Prince William’s birthday.
One Twitter user was quick to comment how many people won’t even recognize this particular event from the second image, but she did. And that’s when all the speculation began as Charles was sitting next to Harry in reality but in the picture, he was nowhere to be seen. And that means he was purposefully edited out.
