It may be the 6th birthday of Prince George, but it’s Princess Charlotte’s fashion sense that’s bringing the cake home!
The Irish guards celebrated shared a never-before-seen photo of George with sister Charlotte, brother Prince Louis, father Prince William and Domhnall to celebrate the future king’s birthday.
The picture was taken earlier this month when the family supported Prince Harry and Prince William in their charity polo match. One of the beneficiaries of the match was the Irish Guards Appeal.
Even though Prince George is already big in the new photo, it is the cheeky Princess who got royal fans buzzing. She was holding a unicorn purse as she stood front and center. Instead of looking at the camera, the little royal started at the pooch next to her.
The 4-year-old princess is already following the family tradition of making a statement with handbags. Her mom, 37-year-old Kate, usually opts for small clutches.
Queen Elizabeth has reportedly owned over 200 Launer handbags. Her loyalty to Launer purses started in 1968 when Sam Launer sent her a bag.
“She would feel lost without it,” said Phil Dampier, co-author of ‘What’s in the Queen’s Handbag? And Other Royal Secrets.
“It’s her most valued possession and a valuable tool. The Queen would never go anywhere without her handbag. The only time she might not have it by her side is when she is in a completely relaxed environment, like up at Balmoral, and she’s out driving or something,” Dampier told People.
