If at all the latest report is to be taken into consideration, prosecutors have already dropped criminal charges against the iconic actor Kevin Spacey!
The actor has been accused of assaulting the 18 years teenager sexually in Nantucket. This is believed to have happened in the year 2016.
Islands Attorney and cape O’Keefe has already stated in the court documents that he has been abandoning the charges.
This Wednesday the filing has been made where the cape has also mentioned that because of the unavailability of some complaining witnesses, Spacey was abandoning the charges.
Upon the victim’s attempts in stopping to testify, the case just began to fall right apart. An encountering event between the actor and the man in the year 2016 was what made the allegations see the light of the day!
According to reports, Spacey got that person drunk and unzipped that 18 years old man’s pants to grope him for minutes at that restaurant which was reported to be crowded.
The iconic award-winning actor had not pleaded guilty and had also faced up a total of 5 years in the prison. The blow to this particular charge got struck at the evidentiary hearing.
Jackson, at one point in time during the hearing, asked the accuser whether or not he was aware of the fact that manipulating the pieces of evidence is a crime! Right after a break, the lawyer of the man stated that he was pleading.
At the point while the hearing was going on, Jackson had asked that accuser whether or not he was aware of the fact that the evidence of manipulating was a crime.
Right upon the break in proceedings, the man’s lawyers stated that he pleaded some sources for not giving him away. Mitchell Garabedian had served as a civil attorney of the accuser and stated that the client had shown courage under the challenging situations.
While Spacey is believed to have apologized for this particular incident, he himself doesn’t remember it! Well, more news will surface in the near future. For further information, keep watching this space.
