What would you like to have as breakfast in the morning, coffee and bagel or a pint at the Happy Hours? Oh wait, don’t answer that.
We know what you would say because we would choose the exact same thing. It gives a power booster, right? Well, it seems like not everyone thinks the same way.
There are people who are dedicated to their work and wish to do it the right way, which means without taking any alcohol in before going to work, seriously, how do these people even survive the whole day or week or month?
Well, pa pub that was kind enough to think about the other kind of people, the ones that would choose the pint over coffee is being criticized for starting happy hours as early as 9 a.m. in the morning.
The Uptown Bar located in the town of Great Yarmouth is the one in the limelight here as the pub has started it’s happy hours way too early for people to get drunk.
Well to be fair, there are several pubs now that open at 9 in the morning but we are humans and we tend to go to the place that is offering discounts first rather than going to a cheaper place.
These happy hours also attracts a lot of people because they just have to pay £1.90 for a pint of John Smiths for and just £1.70 Fosters lager. Seriously, who would not take this deal? The happy hours are for two hours and the prices go back to normal.
While they received a lot of criticism for the same trick, they wrote a post on their Facebook stating that they offer nonalcoholic beer too and the price of it remains the same throughout the day which is just £1.70.
