Bikers have a reputation for being tough.
Few would approach a gang of bearded men and leather-clad women and their precious motorcycles. They often have matching patches, vests, or jackets that show they’re part of a group.
But for 7-year-old Audrianna, a rough gang of bikers feels just like home.
Audrianna loves to ride her dirt bike around the neighborhood. While other kids her age share different hobbies like video games and being online, you can almost always find Audrianna on her bike. She has a passionate love of motorcycles.
She’s also a tomboy and really lives up to the motorcycle role.
But it’s because of this that Audrianna gets bullied, and why her mom, Alexandria, decided to intervene.

Alexandria enlisted the help of a motorcycle gang called The Punishers. But unlike other groups of motorcycle-lovers, this one is made up of police, service members, first responders, and other law enforcement.
After the group heard about Audrianna, they were excited to help.
“The first thing we thought of was trying to help her in any way we could,” said Daniel Bushey, President of The Punishers.
“We got her a vest. We told her just to think of us like her uncles.”
The video shows Audrianna hugging various members of The Punishers as if they are indeed her family.

The Punishers decided to surprise Audrianna one day by driving her to school on their motorcycles.
“Giving her a ride to school will help turn things around a little bit for her,” Bushey said.
“We were just trying to uplift her spirits and let her know that not everybody’s mean,” added Alexandria.
The Punishers are difficult to ignore—a group of large men who work as police officers and rescue workers on loud, roaring bikes is a spectacle. And being law enforcement, they’re also well known in their community.
Driving Audrianna to school definitely left an impression on her classmates.

But more importantly, The Punishers taught Audrianna an important lesson about fitting in. She might feel like she doesn’t have anything in common with her peers now, but there are people who share her interests, who care about her, and who will treat her with respect.
Audrianna still has several years before she can legally drive a motorcycle, but until then, she can ride her dirt bike knowing that there are other people out there who are just like her.
And hopefully, The Punishers will be giving her more free rides to school!
