The charges follow shortly after the singer has been charged with 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse for harassing four women of which three were younger than 17.

It isn’t yet clear whether the new charges derive from one of the women who previously accused him of assaulting them or a totally new victim.

One of Kelly’s victims filed a lawsuit against the singer and claimed he approached her back in 1998 under the pretense he wanted to offer her an opportunity to participate in his music video.

Kelly’s associate later met with the girl and promised her Kelly would love to see her “in a video that he was making.”

“[She] was star struck and wanted to meet the defendant to pursue a role in what she believed was a music video,” the lawsuit filed earlier this year read.

As the woman added in the lawsuit, Kelly began sexually abusing her about one month later. For one year following the day they met, the rapper would allegedly forced her to perform oral sex and have sexual intercourse with her.

“During these repeated incidents, [Kelly] represented to the minor plaintiff that this behavior was appropriate,” the report added.

Back in February, Kelly pleaded not guilty to all charges relating to the four women he allegedly abused.
