We all have our shares of trouble and heartbreaks in life but what makes us strong is how we come out of it and how beautiful the results are.
This 25 years old chap decided to move on from all tragedies that hit him this year, making his life the most difficult as he ditches his job as the RAF airman and sets to travel the world with his best friend and pet ferret.
Charlie Hammerton had the most terrible year as he lost his best friend, his adopted mother and his mother all in one year. He was left in bits so he decided to get over it by seeing the world.
Do you know who he chose to take as his companion? No, he did not leave for a solo trip but took his pet ferret along with him.
First, he sold most of his possessions to carry out on a trip for 11 countries over 8 months.
He sold off three of his cars and some other possessions to raise money for a van that he can take for his travel. He took his companion and got out on his ride.
Where he goes, he takes pictures of his best friend at the most iconic places and posts the pictures online.
His journey starts from Italy till the north of Norway and everything in between.
He said “It was beautiful. I had never imagined the journey could be so much fun and so beautiful. It was phenomenal. With my best friend on my side, it became even more fun.
The incredible places that I had only read about were right in front of me and I could never have more fun than I am having on the trip. My head is clear and I feel free of everything in the world.”
