A millionaire is trying to organize a Battle Royale-inspired event on a private island.
The secret individual who’s organizing the event is currently looking for a game-maker who can design a three-day Airsoft contest for around 100 participants.
And as you can guess, the winner of the real-life version of the game will be awarded a huge cash prize.
The anonymous guy planning the contest is still in the initial stages, but while we are at it, let’s be a little bit more critical. Though the event seems fun, we have already seen what happened in the Fyre Festival.
And the early reports of the event are surrounded in mist, indicating it could turn into a boring contest with 100 people scrambling around an island with a tonne of Airsoft guns.
The job for game-maker was advertised on Hush Hush – an online platform dedicating to suggesting ways to part millionaires from their money, usually through the sale of high-end things ranging from billiard tables to private islands and jets.
The anonymous millionaire posted on the site’s request board that he’s looking for “someone who can help design the arena for a 100-person battle royale inspired event.”
Hush Hush says it was “approached by one of our customers, who was on the lookout for a private island, for help in setting up the championship.
“We will also be handling registrations for the event when the time comes. Contestants will be provided with Airsoft guns, ammo and touch-sensitive body armor for a three-day event.
“The ‘last person standing’ will win a jackpot. As it is currently planned, the event is intended to last three days, with 12 hours of competition each day.
“Competitors will then camp for the night. Food, camping gear and all the necessary equipment will be provided.”
