When something harmful or irritating affects a part of our body, like cuts, swells, and rashes, there is an inflammation that heals you.
But it’s an overdrive, due to poor diet and smoking can cause a lot of health problems including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, arthritis (including psoriatic arthritis), cancer and even depression.
There are some remedies to deal with it.
Turmeric
Recent research proves some beneficial effects of turmeric for the treatment in arthritis, Alzheimer’s disease, and some other inflammatory conditions.
Curcumin, a substance found in turmeric, is very effective for the treatment of several illnesses and disorders, including inflammation.

Green veggies are healthy in many ways and one more reason is here now: they are rich in magnesium, a mineral that most people don’t consume enough of.
“I encourage anyone who’s susceptible to inflammation to assess their magnesium intake,” says Forrest H.

People who eat at least five 1-ounce servings of peanuts, almonds, walnuts or cashews every week had lower levels of inflammatory biomarkers in comparison of those who didn’t eat them regularly, found a study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
Nuts’ are very beneficial and their anti-inflammatory effects are due to their combo of fiber, antioxidants, and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
Exercise
Obesity, fat around your waistline is a cause of inflammation.
But you can overcome from exercising regularly.
A study published in Medicine & Science in Sport & Exercise found that the least sedentary people had the lowest inflammation, even if they didn’t lose weight. Being active is very important, you can be active by doing little things like yard work and household chores.
Sleep
Proper sleeping is really important for your health, just a lack of sleep that causes inflammation. In a study from The Ohio State University, inflammation says lack of sleep-deprived couples started squabbling.
Not having proper rest may make you more emotional and gives you stress, which turns into inflammation.
The good news: Using healthy conflict-resolution strategies protected both partners.
