With the passage of time, the charm of going to pubs with your mates fades out and they become rather monotonous.
But there is a way out. Turns out, you can now rent a pub, be the bartenders of yourselves and quench your thirst with whatever you want to.
The establishment we are discussing here, The Poachers Arms situated in Peak District in England, was once a local pub. But the owners have now renovated and upgraded the facility to make it more of a country retreat than an old school pub.
In this lucrative property, you will have zero wait time to get your drink.
The package comes with a fully functional bar containing sufficient supplies of finest triples, John Smiths and Strongbrow to count a few.
If you don’t want to be very active during your stay here, you can always request the bar staff to bring your drink for just around $3 a pint.
You have zero chances of getting bored while you stay at this establishment because it packs, first of all, booze. Other facilities include air hockey, table football, gaming consoles, an open play area for children and a hot bath indoor.
If you are making your mind to rent that pub, here’s something you need to know. It costs $4,730 for a week’s stay so you better be thinking of joining forces with friends who can afford that.
If you have more than 29 guests, you can get them accommodated by paying $25 per person per night.
If you are in for dance battles, they’ve got you covered too. You can enjoy raving or break-dancing out in the open, easily providing comfortable space for all the guests.
One of the major things that The Poacher’s is offering at this establishment are nine full-size suites. All the rooms are outfitted with Freeview TVs.
However, The Poacher is not the only rentable pub in the area. There are other pubs in the surrounding areas and everyone has their own specialties.
An advert for a Hope Valley pub reads: “The village of Hope has a selection of traditional pubs serving food, cafés and some lovely little shops, while just over a mile away is the popular village of Castleton with its Norman Castle, numerous caves to explore and the imposing Winnats Pass.
“Within easy reach of this fabulous house is Hathersage with its open air swimming pool, Edale, which is at the start of the Pennine Way, and the charming market towns of Bakewell and Buxton.
“A perfect house that you will want to return to at the end of an enjoyable day.”
One TripAdvisor reviewer said: “For us the working bar gave such a fun novelty factor to the weekend, with everyone wanting to take a turn at pulling pints.”
