Golden Globe winner comedian Ricky Gervais is not just the main lead of the show but he is also the director and the writer of the comic British show.

Ricky Gervais in an Instagram post said that he is all set to start producing the second innings of the show which means he is going to start with the production of After Life Season Two in the next week.

Ricky Gervais said “I have had some good ideas for the second season of the show and I have kept them safe. This is what I do in case I die or whatever.

I wanted to start producing the second part soon because I was already in love with the characters of the show.

Anyway, the second innings of any show is always a better one because you already understand the characters well and know them as your own. It is more connecting and calling for a viewer.”

He shared a picture on Facebook with a caption stating how writing a script from scratch is hard but writing it for the second time is so much fun, with an announcement that he just got done with the first draft.
