Idolizing a body type is what the advertisements have created. This leads to ordinary and regular women to feel vulnerable.
The women on the screen do not reflect the real women and because of the same Nike came out with women of real society.
Following the same footsteps, Rihanna has come up with her new luxury brand and while the pop star unveiled her mannequin, women around the world started talking about how they could relate to the brand now.
Well, the mannequin was no where in the ideal body type but it was curvy, just like an ordinary woman is.
Rihanna launched her new line of luxury fashion called Fenty in the New Your City and the fans are already in love with it. Besides they are also praising Rihanna for being considerate and inclusive for women of all body types.
The new store will be located in The Webster till the 30th of June. The store displays Rihanna’s lean dress on mannequins of different sizes. Such things are really not visible in the high fashion society but it looks like the change is on its way.
The brand shared their pictures on the following Tuesday and the fans quickly noticed the mannequins in various shapes and sizes along with the more traditional ones.
Alex Gervasi wrote in her tweet “I am impressed by Fenty. This is the first time ever that I have come across a brand that has mannequins with thick thighs and tummy. The mannequins match my body and I am happy about it.”
There were several users that wrote how they appreciate the brand that came up with the body type most of the women has.
