The filmmakers from John Downer Production had a great idea to document wildlife creatures in their natural habitat without being suspicious.

They put lifelike robots at the jobs. The ultra-realistic animatronics secret agents were put in place to go undercover to record animal behavior up close.

Among these spies, one had recorded something quite interesting about these species. When it was placed in the forest, the little agent did such as a great job of getting into the habitat of giant apes, it recoded some amazing and unique footage of creatures signing and farting.

Matt Gordon, one of the filmmakers said that they first had to figure out what type of species would be most natural to film these creatures.

If they make Silverback Mountain Gorilla a spy, it would certainly not be a good idea as it is a bigger threat for other mountain gorillas. So, eventually, they went for a spy baby gorilla.

These producers have taken the help of biologists, zoologists, scientists, and other experts in building spy creatures. They would ask the experts about the features that they should focus on the most. And the eyes were among the most concentrated area.

Apparently Mountain gorillas learn about each other a lot by looking into the eyes, so they had to make sure that the eyes looked and moved as naturally as possible.

This is the first time the world has heard apes singing but people were aware of it. A study printed in 2016 recorded the sounds that great apes unleash while eating. The duration and pitch of the sound indicate food quality and quantity.

The video released also show that though apes are generally seen on the ground, they are capable of climbing trees. And they organize their group as per the social structures and the troop is led by older adult males.

Considering that the creatures consume 40 pounds a day, there are bound to be some consequences. In the video, the gorillas were also recorded to be farting, which was something new that we have not seen these creatures do before.
