Be it in the jungle, next to your house or in the middle of the sea.
With the increasing amount of plastic waste in the oceans, all marine animals are troubled. People leave behind wastes like plastic bags, straws, cutleries, and even fishing nets.
Yes, they leave behind the discarded fishing net in the middle of the sea, which in the end traps a marine creature and often kill them or make them struggle for their life.

A group of tourists who were going to Marietas Islands National Park located near Punta Mita took a stop on their way to help a poor creature.
While this group was on their way, they had their eyes on this poor turtle who was struggling. He was stuck in fishing net badly and got entangled to make it even worse.
There was no way the turtle could have saved himself and gotten out of the net so the group decided to stay and help him out.
Christian H. Hauser, a Dive Instructor who was also present around the scene approached the turtle with a knife as he saw the boat waiting in the sea.
He came near the turtle and took a look at the situation. Then he pulled out his pocket knife and started cutting the strings of the net. The turtle was so badly strangled in the net that even after cutting so many strings it was not coming out.
Christian then had to cut some more strings to get it a bit easier but the poor turtle won’t stop moving.
The turtle was terrified and keep trying to escape but he couldn’t. Finally, after a bit of struggle, the turtle was finally able to get out of the net and then he swam away.
