At the time of the climate change emergency, it is us who are responsible for taking care of the world we live in.
It is our duty to protect the world and save it from the irrevocable destruction that we can cause to it.

This is why Sainsbury’s has decided that they will not be selling firecrackers in any of their stores.
Sainsbury has about 2,300 stores around the country and despite the time of sale they have decided not to sell firecrackers these days.
This year, for the Bond Fire night Sainsbury’s has decided to go firecracker free for some major reasons.
Firecrackers become a major problem for the pets as well as the older people. The noise that is released from the firecrackers bugs animals a lot as they are noise sensitive.
As per the law, between 11 pm and 7 am bursting firecrackers is not allowed. And on special occasions like Chinese New Year, New Year’s Eve, and Diwali the firecrackers can go one till 1 a.m.
But now there are several saying that firecrackers should be banned completely as they can get a lot louder which causes trouble to the pets as well as their owners.
It also causes a lot of trouble for vulnerable people as well as the environment.
On a single day of Diwali alone celebrated in India on a grand scale with thousands and thousands of firecrackers, the sky turns grey and a thick layer of smog is spread in the air which can be seen through the satellite as well.
It is time that we take action and skip the fun of a few seconds that can cause us trouble for years and years to come.
