Samsung has of late released a new yet unconventional type of flip phone while an Academy Awards ceremony was going on.

The launching spree of the flip phone was done by Samsung post the completion of its official event.

The ceremony during which the new model of the flip phone was launched included the felicitation of a South Korean Film named Parasite which won the Oscar as the ‘Best Film’ of the year.

While the event was going on, Samsung displayed an advertisement while showing off the device. 

As a matter of fact, there was no official sign of the recently launched flip phone named as Galaxy S20 after its launching event was over.

The advertisement which popped up on the screen while the Award ceremony was going on showed an unconventional attempt by Samsung to introduce a foldable screen comprising its new model of a flip phone.

The new flip phone launched by Samsung has been named Galaxy Z Flips and was displayed imperiously at an angle of 90 degrees onto a table.

Most of the visitors attending the Award show got really impressed with such an unconventional model of flip phone launched by Samsung.

The new model of the flip phone resembles Motorola’s Razr phones to a great extent, a device which is comprised of a large internal as well as a small external screen.

While the advertisement was going on the screen pertaining to the new model, it said about the new flip phone that it has the capacity to crease from within the screen exactly from where it gets folded.

However, the details about the features of Galaxy Z Flips phones have not been launched yet and Samsung is looking to do that very soon.
