The happenings of Avengers Endgame saw some enormous shifts in the backdrop of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Now, where the MCU goes with its Phase 4 is the cause of much speculation, with it being clear that the Avengers are never going to be the same again.
Avengers Endgame was the culmination of 21 movies that ended with the retirement of Captain America and the death of Iron Man.
With the future of MCU now being a little vague, admirers are left to think what will become of the mightiest heroes of Earth and if they ever come together again on the big screen.
But according to Samuel L Jackson aka Nick Fury, Marvel will form a new team of Avengers in the coming years – eventually.
Ahead of Spiderman: Far from Home, hitting theatres, Samuel L Jackson has some exciting news. During an interview, Samuel said that he always thinks that there is room for every kind of story to be told. For whatever is coming next, they are going to put together another Avengers group of some sorts.
When asked about who will be the bad guys waiting for the new group, Samuel said that Nick Fury believes something is coming – like he got to know in Captain Marvel about different galaxies, universes, and people that need to be dealt with that he doesn’t know about.
On the other hand, he also emphasized how the new Spiderman movie will play a crucial role in the future plans of Marvel.
He said that with the new Spiderman movie, it is moving them to another place. They really don’t know what space or time they are in, but they do know that there is going to be something else.
