‘Scoob’ Movie Trailer Revealed How Scooby-Doo Got His Name


We all have been a fan of cartoon show Scooby-Doo and the hit animated television series was everyone’s favorite.

The animated series Scooby-Doo has been adapted and appeared in five feature-length films since its debut in 1969.

The new trailer for Warner Bros.’ upcoming animated movie Scoob is out and the movie is ready to hit the theater in May 2020. It includes an all-star voice cast of Amanda Seyfried, Zac Efron, Will Forte, Gina Rodriguez, Mark Walhberg, Jason Isaacs, Tracy Morgan and Ken Jeong.

The trailer starts with Scooby and Shaggy sitting in a theater holding snacks and talking about watching the trailer for Scoob!

”Maybe it’s time we make our new movie,” Scooby says to Shaggy.

”Good idea Scoob, but first we need a trailer,” Shaggy replies. ”Oh, can you do the trailer guy voice?”

”Let me give it a shot!” Scooby answers before clearing his throat.

”In a world destroyed by evil, discover the epic origin story of the greatest team of heroes in our history of mystery,” Scooby says.

Then the trailer shows young Shaggy sitting on the mat on the beach and ready to eat a sandwich but a young puppy comes and shares the second half with him.

A cop comes and tries to take the stray dog away, Shaggy intervenes and decides to keep him.

”He’s not a stray,” Shaggy tells the cop, who asked the puppy’s name.

Shaggy looks down at the box of Scooby Snacks he has and an idea comes in his mind.

”His name’s…Scooby!” Shaggy says, before adding that his middle and last names are ”Dooby” and ”Doo” as the cop keep asking him.

The trailer also shows the two become best friends and they meet Fred, Velma and Daphne while out trick-or-treating.
