Yes, the founder for Spanx is putting all others to shame after she opted to gift ‘all’ of her employees with two first tickets to any destination in the world, alongside a huge cash gift of $10,000 too.
Just last week, the brand secured a mega-deal with Blackstone who purchased a mega stake in the company, giving the famed shapewear brand a staggering net worth of $1.2 billion.
Sara chose to surprise every one of her staff members by hosting a mega party that not only celebrates the giant deal but also puts forward these fabulous gifts as a gesture of appreciation for their hard work.
Posting the video on social media, Sara shared with her followers the moment of joy when she made the huge announcement regarding the gifts. From the looks of it, all her employees were literally dumbfounded as this was definitely not something that they saw coming, any time soon.
While some exhibited huge smiles, others appeared confused and dazed out. Clearly, this was not something anyone was expecting, with many crying tears of joy too.
For those who may not be aware, Sara initially started her shapewear brand as a side business which grew into one of the biggest names in the world today. During her early 20’s, Sara went from door to door, selling fax machines. And today, she has her own mega-brand and couldn’t be more proud.
Sara says that this huge deal is just the start of many milestones for the brand to achieve and she hopes to move ahead with greater motivation and passion to succeed.
