Sia Cooper is a blogger, and she stopped writing after giving birth to her first child.
But, now she has decided to return to blogging to share her journey and progress with the world. She also quit nursing and decided to dedicate most of the time to content writing. However, not all mothers and fathers liked her parenting choices. Some even called Sia a “bad mom.”
To give them a reply, Sia penned an honest open letter, to explain why she embraced that label. Her post has resonated with over 28,000 people, many people appreciated Sia’s honesty and her philosophy on raising kids.

Sia has two kids. Greyson, 5, and Everly, 3. She also started giving personal training after many women asked her for fitness plans. Sia knows that there is a need to fulfill a specialization in Women’s Fitness and Fitness Nutrition through NASM.
She motivates other women and says, “Self-care is often a very beautiful thing. It is making a spreadsheet of your debt and enforcing a morning routine and cooking yourself healthy meals and no longer just running from your problems and calling the distraction a solution.
