This story may sound like a story in the books but this family has lived the story in real life.
Two sisters from New York, who were both pregnant with their daughters, were due for their delivery.
In a coincidence, they both gave birth on the same day and in the same hospital, but the best part was, it was their father’s 70th birthday too.
It was the best gift their father had or could have ever received for his birthday.
Shari Cumberbatch and Simone, from New York, were both expecting baby girls Liberty and Hailey. They were both supposed to be born in the mid of July but it looks like the sisters had planned something different.
Yes, they were not sharing the same womb but they definitely had some bond.
Both the pretty little girls decided to come out in the world on last Wednesday and were both born in the Mercy Medical Center in Rockville Centre. It was the fourth of July.
The doctor who delivered both the babies said “It was the most joyous moment for the family and the date, 4th of July is never going to be the same ever again. It would be more and more frolic.”
A photo shared by the hospital shows the two women sitting along with their father who had the two newborn girls in his arms.
Simone had chosen to give her father a surprise by delivering her child on the same day as his father was born and for the same, she went under C-section delivery.
That is when she realized that her sister had delivered her child hours earlier than her and they both the girls are going to share their birth date with each other and their grandpa. Simone said that it was a good thing to happen.
