A Brazilian woman was left shocked when she cracked open an egg to find a smaller egg inside.
64-year-old Maria Glória de Souza, Catalao, central Brazil, was collecting eggs from the chicken coop in the backyard of her house when she collected a big egg.
Maria said: “It was a super-size egg, really big. I had just taken it from underneath the chicken so it was still warm when I realized I was holding something unusual.”
When she cracked open the huge egg, she found a smaller egg inside. The shocking video was posted online and left people stunned.
One person wrote: ‘This sometimes happens when one egg doesn’t pass through the hen normally as it should and the other egg forms around it. This is what I have read about this once before when I saw a post similar to this.’
Another shared: ‘I bought a dozen organic brown jumbo eggs from Trader Joe’s and one of them had another brown egg inside. Inside of that was a third, white, egg. Egg number three had a tiny yoke and white matter. I have pictures.’
The third one wrote: ‘I have seen other story’s like this before, So i know this is a true story !! Look it up and you’ll see for your self Marise54, not trying to make you look bad but it’s true!! have a great day’.
While some of the Internet users claimed it was a fake video. Well, it is definitely not. This happens due to a counter-peristalsis contraction.
Yes, it happens rarely but this video is definitely fake as so many have said that this has happened with them.
