Brainteaser fans shared how difficult this is, even the most eagle-eyed puzzlers are left squinting their eyes and scratching their heads!
“This made my eyes hurt, I couldn’t find them!” one person commented.
“I had to admit that it took me a while to find them all,” another person said.
Another person said that it is super tricky and while the other gave up and said, “there are no patients in this photo!”
