It is time for Halloween and Starbucks has come up with a new seasonal and a very spooky beverage.
The new drink is called the Phantom Frappuccino, and it is totally black, with a little green “slime” made throughout it.
According to Delish website, “Phantom Frappuccino has a seriously fruity vibe. It’s a blend of coconut milk, mango, and pineapple essence, along with Starbucks crème Frappuccino syrup, with “lime slime” all around. It also has an optional dark coconut whipped cream made from coconut milk and black charcoal powder.’’
The drink is free animal products, and it’s perfect for vegans. It is only available in Europe and for just five days, starting October 26. It costs just £2.70 (or $3.50). Starbucks shared the small clip of drink and people have mixed reaction.
”Starbucks has always been committed to offering customers products that meet their diverse needs and taste preferences,” a Starbucks spokesperson told the outlet. As more people choose a dairy-free diet, we are making sure customers don’t have to miss out on new product launches by widening our range of vegan-friendly options.”
One Instagram account named Starbucks Junction 32 Outlet posted the photo of drink and wrote, ”We teased it! Now it’s nearly here…..”
