Say bye to all the close contacts and hello to keyless check-ins and temperature checking devices on your head.
While the work on the hotel policies is still under progress because of the pandemic era, there is no disbelief in saying that guests are going to see a lot of changes in accommodation and hospitality in hotels around the world.
Professor of Business, Christopher Anderson, at Cornell University’s Hotel School in Ithaca, New York says, until the entire human race is able to find the vaccine to destroy the existence of this virus and completely throw it out of the systems, the hotel industry is going to face a major fall.
People will not be able to trust and ensure 100% belief in the safety the hotel is ensuring, even in the high-end hotels where guests get personalized services.
There will be very less communal access which means there will be no minibars and buffets open. Other than this, many other services will be suspended like spa, personal valet, gaming zones, etc.
The hotels are also working on keyless check-ins.
The guests will want to enter the hotel, step into the lift, get to their rooms without touching anything, and rest believing that they are safe in a disinfected room.
As per the experts, the demand for stays in a hotel will hype up in the USA again. The stats are already showing 28% of hotel bookings since the 2nd of May and once the situations are a little in control, they are sure it is only going to rise up.
As the demand is rising again, the hotel industry has got to work and is trying to make it more comforting and reliable for the guests. They are working on developing new policies in reliance on the epidemic.
