A wedding day is one of the most emotional days for a bride but it is not only a bride, who becomes emotional on her wedding day.
Her parents also feel emotional because their little girl is becoming a member of a new family.
It’s not an exception for Steve Harvey. Steve’s daughter Karli got married to her love Ben. As Karli is his first born child, he couldn’t help being sentimental on his daughter’s wedding day.
Steve doesn’t hide his feelings on the big day.

During the year before Karli’s wedding, the viewers of Steve Harvey show had helped the engaged couple, Karli and Ben, to decide the important issues about the wedding. So it was a natural process to show the viewers how the wedding went and their feelings as a newly wedded couple.

The wedding was beautiful with the candles, flowers, and wonderful music. Steve says, “I told my daughters I was gonna give this to ‘em, the day of their dreams. I didn’t know they dreamed of this many flowers.”

The most important moment comes when Steve walks Karli down the aisle.
We can see that Steve doesn’t want to let her go but as he also loves Ben, whom his daughter loves, and knows that she will be happy with Ben, he lets her go.
