There are a few musicians in the world who the whole world loves and appreciates and Stevie Wonder is one of them.
A few days ago when Stevie appeared on Dancing With The Stars: Juniors show, people couldn’t control their excitement. For most of the people that were one of the best moments in their lives. Imagine listening songs of an artist your whole life and then one day seeing him in front of you. Everyone was super happy.
But, wait. That night, it wasn’t Stevie that stole the show – it was his son, who dance along with a dancing partner.
Yes that’s right. Stevie made the appearance along with his 13 years old son, Mandla Morris. Mandla has appeared on T.V before too but this was probably his best ever performance at such a young age. He appeared with a dancing partner, Brightyn Brems, while Stevie was just a background singer.
Stevie sang his all time famous hit, Isn’t she pretty, while his son and the partner carried out Foxtrot ballroom dance that was loved by everyone.
Foxtrot is one of the hardest dances to be carried out but Mandla and Brightyn performed it so well that people couldn’t believe their eyes.point 385 |
Foxtrot needs special moves and due to its nature, it requires smooth flowing, which isn’t something that everyone can do.point 109 | Yet, both of them were amazing and you can see that they had practiced a lot for this moment.point 184 | 1
At the same time, the Judges also were so impressed. One of the judges, Adam Rippon said, “Well first it is so incredible to have the amazing Stevie Wonder performing tonight, I know if I had to do a performance with my dad on Dancing With The Stars it would not have looked like that.”
Not only the audience and the judges, but Stevie himself was so proud of his son. He said, “He made a great choice, I am very happy he did and very thankful.”
We hope you loved the talent of this young man. Don’t forget to show your SUPPORT by SHARING the article on your Facebook.
