But some teenagers do not know this simple truth that there is no reason for pulling someone down.

To stop the bullying, some people are working to tell people the danger of bullying and Kirk Smalley from Oklahoma is one of them.

Kirk has been telling the story of his son for thousands of times, but he will never stop until he fulfills the promise with his son.
When his son Ty took his own life, he was only 11 years old. Kirk was the construction worker at that time, but he decided to exterminate the reason that his son died.
Ty was a victim of bullying and harassment before he died. He had been bullied for 2 years at school but the school did not care enough. they avoided the problem with a “boys will be boys” explanation.
Kirk made a promise to his son at the grave that he will get rid of bullying in the world.
In one of his videos, Kirk said: “One month and seven days after Ty died, it was actually on Father’s Day… I made my boy a promise, I promised him that I was gonna stop bullying in this world.”
Kirk and his wife started to travel around the country to tell people about the story of their son and the dangers of bullying. They travel for 300 days a year and put their savings on their travel expenses.

Even though it benefits nothing right now in money-wise, they believe they can change the world.
As they tell the story of their son, they send a powerful and inspiring message to people, including children and teenagers. Kirk’s organization for stopping bullying has reached 700,000 students all over the United States, and he will never stop until all bullying stops.
If you think the story of Ty and his parents should be spread to many adults and student around the world, please SHARE with your friends on Facebook.
