We all have a dream and expectation of how we wish to get our proposal.
Yes, we want our better half to go down on their knees, some of us want flowers, others may want a chocolate, a dog, or maybe just the ring is enough for some. But the one thing that is mandatory is our partner to know us and our choices completely.
Well, it became the perfect moment for this couple who are both storm chasers and extremely in love with each other.
Joey Krastel is an avid chaser of storms and so is his boyfriend Chris Scott.
Joey, the 27 years old is a risk analyst and meteorologist working for the Maryland Emergency Management Agency. He shared pictures of him down on one knee as he proposed to his boyfriend.
The caption of the picture says “these are two loves of my life” as in the background of the picture there is a huge tornado. Yes, it was a real storm starting up in Kansas.
Joey said they really wanted to see the tornado after they heard the warning from the weather department to several counties. They started searching for the storm in Salina and finally found the storm in Tipton.
Tipton, Kansas was the place where Joey decided to pop the question.
Joey said “I had not planned it but it was such a beautiful moment. The storm was right there and Chris was beside me and it could never have been better.”
He went to his car and called his friends in too. That is when he decided to propose to his better half.
The picture has been going viral since then and till now, 8,000 people have liked it already on Twitter alone.
While talking about the picture he said that although the storm looks at a safe distance in the picture, it was furiously moving closer during the proposal so they had to rush back to the car.
