McKenzie Garrison is an 18-months-old girl from Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Her biggest problem is a fierce bone marrow disease. She has recently undergone a surgery for a lifesaving transplant and we all hope for the best.
The surgery was done in Boston and it went well.
The story about this girl was all over the news.
Her mom, Lacey, appeared live in the TV program saying they couldn’t afford to take McKenzie back home for the Christmas since the doctors said she had to be transported in a private, quarantined plane because she was still fresh after the operation.
Then, a woman who wanted to stay anonymous called Lacey and said she could help. This selfless person wanted to lend her private plane to the family.
Lacey explained that the stranger just said she wanted to help, asked her a few questions and simply sent her the plane. In two hours time, McKenzie was able to travel back home.
This generous stranger helped McKenzie come home and spend the Christmas with her family.
McKenzie was overjoyed to be away from the hospital bed and all the tubes and needles.
The whole family is praying for McKenzie’s health and hope that her recent operation will mean no more health problems for this little girl.
When she finally reached home, McKenzie couldn’t stop playing with her toys.
But we all know what her favorite toy is – it is her dad.
