Stories of kind strangers offering help to those in need always inspire me and restore faith in humanity.
And among these stories about incredible people doing the unthinkable, this one is one of the most heartwarming story I’ve ever heard in a while.
In fact, it was so moving that the person who witnessed the whole thing decided to post it on Facebook – and it went viral.
It all happened at the airport when a father with a two-year-old approached the counter to get his boarding pass.
Then, the agent asked if the toddler also had a ticket.
The man seemed to be confused, because he thought that she could ride for free.

It turned out that he arranged this trip when she was one, but because her second birthday had just passed, now she had to have her own ticket.
And the man was devastated – he said that he didn’t have enough money to purchase her ticket right then with such short notice.
Sadly, though there was nothing the flight assistant could do. His toddler had to get her own ticket, or they wouldn’t be able to board the plane. He tried to get help by calling some people he knew, but it seemed as though he wasn’t able to find a solution.
Then, a miracle happened.
A woman standing next to him at the line walked over to him and had a small conversation, then came up to the counter.
She said, “I want to buy her ticket.”
The agent then asked in disbelief, “You know how much this ticket costs, right?”
And the woman answered, “$700 something?”
“$749,” replied the agent.

The woman said that it was fine, and handed the agent her credit card. The whole time, the man was repeatedly saying thank you this amazing woman.
He said that he wanted to know her name to pay her back later, but she simply told him not to worry about it.
And someone was right beside them to witness the whole thing! Even the flight agent said that she’s never seen anything like this.
When the post went viral on Facebook, this kind woman was identified as Debbie Bolton, co-founder and Global Chief Sales officer of Norwex, which is a company that makes cleaning products without harsh chemicals.
And apparently this news wasn’t surprising for those who know Debbie. One commented on the post, saying that Debbie “is an inspiration every time I see her and is constantly giving freely. She is so full of love for everyone.”
What an amazing gesture by an incredible woman!
