There are a very few times when police capture a suspect or a culprit and they somehow manage to run away.
In this case, something very similar happened but the suspect who tried to run away in a speeding car ended up smashing his car in another deputy’s vehicle. Thankfully, the sheriff only suffered a few minor injuries and no major ones.

Deputies after getting the report got after him and started chasing him but soon his speed went up to 100 miles so the deputies got back a little. This is when Capell lost his control and banged his car in the vehicle of a field training deputy.
The incident was then recorded on a body camera that the deputy Sgt. Scott Schuck, who was in the car along with Shannon Henrici, whose sheriff car it was.
The deputies then captured Capell and took him in custody.
He at first kept pleading then he said he was sorry for what happened. On this, the outraged officers asked if he was just sorry because he would have just killed a deputy.

It was not the first for Capell as he has been arrested 9 times in the past for multiple charges including dealing in weapons, drug supplying and many others.
