If are in NSW and been noticed using one, you will be apparently fined up to $660. In some cases, there are probabilities of performing a community service up to 100 hours in addition to the fine.
The laws are even more harsher in South Australia. If you use profane or abusive language, you will not only be fined but imprisoned as well under the Summary Offence Act 1988.
In this region, the offender will be subjected to the highest penalty of $ 1250. If you cannot pay the penalty then you should serve the jail for three months.
Queensland and Victoria also support the law and gives stand for New South Wales and South Australia. They clearly describe that using profane or offensive language is chaotic, unpleasant, violent and invasive.
