Just a day before the mother’s day, a four-year-old girl dropped a mother’s day card at the postbox for her mother who died from cancer just four months back.
On top of the card, in the address section, the child wrote “Mummy in Heaven” and dropped the card in the post box.
Being a motherless child, the little girl was delighted to receive a reply against her card which she thought was sent by her mom from behind the grave.
The person behind the letter was a staff member of the Royal Mail who made the sweet gesture to bring a smile on the face of the innocent child. In the letter, the member from the Royal Mail wrote on behalf of the heavenly abode mom that she was proud of her.
This heartwarming incident was shared on social media by the aunt of the four-year-old child, Linda Ross. In her social media post, Ross wrote that on the fourth mother’s day of her heavenly sister, her four-years-old daughter sent her a card.
And a humble stranger from the Royal Mail took out some time from her busy schedule to reply to that letter to bring a smile on the innocent face of the little child.
As per Linda, the face of Ella lighted up with the brightest smile that she hasn’t seen for months. She thanked the staff of the Royal Mail for making it happen.
As per Linda, Ella posted a card with a minion printed on the front of the card along with a note on the top which read “You are one in a minion, Mom.”
On top of the envelope, Ella wrote: “To my Mummy, who’s in heaven, Happy Mother’s day, I love you, your daughter, Ella x.”
Ella received the reply from Royal Mail after two days she posted the letter.
