When a 6-year-old tap dancing prodigy teamed up with his instructor for performing at a dance festival, the audience was finding it hard to remain seated and control themselves.
The performance of young Luke Spring with his instructor, the famous tap dancer Justin M. Lewis, clearly won the hearts of the crowd at the 2011 DC Tap Festival the moment their feet hit the stage.
They started their dance with simple steps, though they were not simple at all but can be termed so considering what followed.
And just within seconds, the pace of their dance skyrocketed and it became literally impossible for the audience to keep up with the speed of their moving feet.
Young Luke, who fell in love with dancing just at the age of 4 years, showed how he was a natural dancer. Every step he took with an electric speed, showed the passion and dedication of the young boy.
Following their harmonious dance, came the segment when Justin did a complex move and little Luke copied it.
And although Justin is a seasoned professional, Luke had no problem in keeping up with whatsoever he displayed.
The breathtaking routine performed by the teacher and pupil showed a passion and vigor that is hard to find. The crowd was literally going mad seeing the pair performing complex moves with incredible ease.
And with the instructor swinging the young boy through the air, their ending was as amazing and adorable as was the rest of their performance.
