A terrorist was given almost £400k as legal aid after he escapes being thrown out of Britain as his human rights would have been breached by that.
The terrorist’s name is Eritrean Siraj Yassin Abdullah Ali.
In 2011, he was handed an amount of £26,051.59 to fight deportation and to cover his trial in 2008, an amount of £363,268.07 was given to him.
An information source disclosed this figure and according to this, the four terrorists, who were jailed in 2005 for helping the failed Tube bombers, had a big amount of £5million in the public funds.
The Ministry of Justice even mentioned that now legal aid applicants have to get through a ‘strict means test.’
This is not the first time anything like this has happened. Jihadi Sudesh Amman was arrested after he stabbed two people on a high street.
He was sentenced a three-year term for terror offenses.
Amman was freed after serving half of his jail term and was shot dead days after that.
Police shot him after the attack in Streatham, South London.
He was 20 at the time and his 2018’s legal aid bill amounted £103,897. Some sources even mentioned how he has laughed in the face of justice.
A drug dealer ‘MR Big’ battled for deportation and made a legal aid bill of nearly £1million.
The costs were increased by Courtney Byloss as the fight was taken to the Supreme Court by him.
After the case, his lawyer was stuck in a £1,032,000 bill. The bill was later cut to £819,000 although the government costs were £150,000.
All these big legal aid bills are given by the government, which means these bills are given by the taxpayer’s money.
And technically by paying bills of terrorists, the government is simply aiding terror with the taxpayer’s money.
