Fulfilling someone’s last wish is a great thing.
Paying tribute to their soul and making their funeral desires come true will only make their soul depart in happiness.
Tina Watson, 73-years-old was an ardent tea drinker. She used to drink around 40 cuppas a day. Her love for tea and humor was irreplaceable.
She died of a heart attack at the age of 73. He had already survived two attacks and lost both her legs to an insect infection.
Her daughter Debs Donavan said that her mother had a wicked sense of humor, and possibly nothing could snatch her funny side, not even her health issues.
Irrespective of her condition, Tina used to crack jokes about her and made everyone laugh. Debs remembered her mom’s last wish, and she made sure her funeral was just the way she always wanted.
Four years ago, once both mother and daughter were having a friendly conversation where Tina expressed her desire to be buried in a coffin seeming like a giant box of tea bags.
Though both bursts into laughing right after Tina said this, later on, Tina highlighted that she was serious about this, and this her last wish.
Debs loved her mom so much, and she used to inspire her on so many things. Her way of living an optimistic life among all the negativities was something that she always adored about her mother.
In the darkest time, Tina managed to find the silver lining in everything. Debs was extremely happy to make her mother’s wish come true.
Even the funeral director said that this was one of the unusual requests he has received from the guest, but his team was happy to get it done. Everyone in the funeral looked happy as Tina came in a giant tea box coffin.
In her last journey as well, Tina managed to tickle the funny bones.
