It has been found that some teachers in Florida are locking up Autistic Students.
They locked them in a dark room and scared them to death. They scared the children with loud whistles.
No kid in this world deserves to be treated this way. These are the children who need special care and needs. A teacher named, Margaret Wolthers have been arrested with two other teachers named, Diana LaCroix And Carolyn Madison.
They belong from Silver Sands School which is a part of Okaloosa County School District. The school is famous for providing suitable education to students with autism.
Even the brochure of the school reads that the school services to students with autism in between the age group 3-20.
Parents were left in shock to witness such news. This was highly unexpected. Parents blindly trusted the school and send their children who had autism.
This is so wrong. The school was aimed to educate such students equally and with extra care. This is a very big responsibility and very hard on the parent’s part to send their children to school in such a situation.
The students were locked in a dark bathroom and cursed them as much as possible. Fortunately, a teacher was disturbed to see whatever was happening in the school and reported the abuse. The behaviour was highly intolerable.
The three employees were arrested as soon as the investigation was finished. It has also been observed that the police received complaints in the last few months. However, the case has been going on for an even more longer period of time.
There were even more victims when the incident was reported before. It was also seen that the victims used to cry and scream and asked for someone to help them.
This is totally brutally of the teachers to do such things with the students. This torture is highly unacceptable.
