An 18-year-old high school senior has been arrested for wrestling a fake alligator at a Miami shopping mall.
Gianny Sosa-Hernandez was arrested after he was caught on camera wrestling a life-size fake alligator on display at The Falls Shopping Center.
The video of the teen climbing over a barricade and throwing the fake alligator into an indoor pond went viral on the Internet.
He was arrested after a viewer of the video contacted Police.
The teen has been charged with criminal mischief after the $3690 alligator statue was left damaged.
A few days back, Gianny was caught on camera for performing a dangerous wrestling move on his high school principal.
The teenager was charged with battery for attempting an ‘RKO’ move on his high school principal.
The incident was filmed by other students and shared online. The video went viral and just days after, he was caught on camera wrestling a fake alligator at a Miami shopping mall.
Just days after his first court appearance, he appeared before judge Renetha Francis again. She said: “You’re back. You’re just going to keep coming back here and keep being a media sensation for all the wrong reasons.”
Meanwhile, Gianny’s sister, Camila, defended her younger sibling and said:
“He was just doing the videos for fun.”
“He’s always trying to make people laugh. He’s never tried to harm anyone. He’s just trying to have a good time and be a kid.”
