Every time the year changes, we resolve to work on ourselves to bring our best versions.
It is a happy time for us.
But Matt Driscoll started his 2020 in the best way possible. In fact, most of us cannot even imagine the amount of happiness and satisfaction this new year gave him.

Matt was devastated when the doctors told him that he had acute lymphoblastic leukemia, three years back. The last three years of his life have been the most difficult time he has ever seen.
To get the treatment, Matt had to skip the whole sophomore year of his high school, but he got out of it all, stronger than ever.
The brave boy did not only join the classes again, but he also graduated on time and even rejoined the football team during his chemo.
Matt, who’s a college student now, is up for living his life like a normal man, without cancer.
Matt paid the last visit to Akron Children Hospital on January 2 to get a clean chit, demarcating the end of his treatment and the start of a new life.
“After 3.5 years of receiving chemotherapy for acute lymphoblastic leukemia, I finally got my last treatment and got to ring the bell,” Matt wrote on Twitter.
“This could not have been done without my family, friends, and God. I am a survivor.”
Matt posted a video of himself walking to the bell proud and triumphant. He was shedding tears desperately as the crowd of supporters and well-wishers cheered for him.
Reaching the bell, Matt didn’t just ring it, he pulled the rope as hard as he could and released it to blast the bell.
But he totally deserved doing so. After all, getting free from cancer is not something someone can do every day.
Replaced!
