Hard work is an extremely important step in the ladder of life.
If you are not able to work hard then you will never be able to reach the heights of success.
Here we have a story of a 17 year old teenager who is nothing but an inspiration to all of us. A teenager who has had a constant struggle in his life by continuously being in an out of homelessness finally got selected into 17 colleges out of 20 he applied to.
Dylan, 17, was just 7 years old when he moved to the US with his mother and two other siblings. Since then they have constantly been in and out of homelessness.
Dylan says that he wanted to change the way they are leading their lives. The young boy says he was able to work so hard and get into so many colleges because his family was with him and supported him.
Dylan applied in about 20 colleges and got into 17 great ones. But he is still waiting for the results of his number one priority college.
In a conversation, he said that all the strengths he gets come from his mother. He says his mother is the true inspiration for him and he is doing all this to be able to give her a better future. He has twins as his younger siblings who both suffer from heart disease.
Yes, just like the fees of the colleges, application of these colleges costs a great amount too but Dylan said he somehow managed to save enough to apply to those colleges.
