These Teenagers Saved A Ninety Year Old Lady Who Was Encapsulated By Fire In Her Own Home

If one has observed flames coming out of a building or have ever engrossed a dehydrated forest one would surely have an idea about it. Catherine Ritchie who is ninety years old and is a resident of Oklahoma is a witness to this inadequate nature.

Ritchie lived in an area named Sapulpa-area. She had been living there for six decades. But her stay in that house ended in a terrific way.

Suddenly she observed that fire has emerged, which broke out curiously in her bedroom.

Missy Nicholas who is the daughter of Ritchie, narrated the story on her exclusive blog that her mother when entered her room after she brushed her teeth, found that fire had encapsulated her bedroom.

Ritchie was unable to shift herself to another room nor did she found another way out. However, she tried to save herself from the ruthless fire and made countless efforts such as stopping the fire by bombarding pillows and cushions over the fire.

She made all possible efforts and utilized all the things that were available to her but she could not cope with the fire. Failing in the effort to stop the fire she thought to escape from the scene. Smoke made everything less visible, due to which Ritchie entered into the cupboard and this happened numerous times.

However, she pressed the emergency button which she always wore, this emergency button would start producing a sound which made the responders alert that something is wrong with Ritchie.

Meanwhile, four teenagers who were finding some activity as they were bored because of vacations stepped in to help Ritchie. They were Dylan Wick, Seth Byrd, Wyatt Hall, and Nick Byrd.  They saw fire blazes coming out of Ritchie’s house when they were planning to drink something.

They called the emergency services center and stepped into the house. When they entered, Ritchie had managed to enter the hallway. They embraced her and vacated her from the house.

According to Ritchie, the teenagers were special to her and she thanked them in gratitude.
