Tesco Shelf Staffer Placed A Bet and Ended Up with $1.3 Million

Well, Tesco’s Jason Mandara was exactly able to do that. The shelf stacker quit his job after he won a maddening £1.3 million from £6 bet.

Jason revealed that he played Megajackpots Cleopatra after finishing his shift and while waiting to pick up his kids on the Betfred mobile app.

His six quid bet brought him a massive £1,305,269. So, he was able to give his notice at Tesco, where he had been working for twelve years.

Thirty-one-year-old Jadon Mandara from Bedworth in Warwickshire confessed that he cannot believe what has happened and that this amount of money is going to change his life forever.

He further said that his partner Sian, who he has been with for seven years, still does not believe what has happened. Sian works as a shop assistant and has been working really hard just like Jason.

Jason said that he had a spare 5 minutes in his van after reaching his kids’ school until they came.

He felt lucky and so he tried his hand on the slots and then saw £1,305,269 jackpot waiting for him. He told that he was panicking at first that he had won so much and did not tell anyone.

That night he went to bed early because he was tired but received a confirmation call from Betfred regarding his big win.

He now plans to spend his money on a new house, a new car, and a fancy holiday. He also plans to set up his own business and invest in a property as well.
