Local media outlets report how the decision was unveiled recently by Texas Governor Greg Abbott who has pledged to create a larger number of border barriers, right along its state borders with Mexico.

During his very first month in office as the President, Biden reversed plenty of Trump’s policies, including the Mexican border wall construction.
While the decision was initially taken positively by many, it soon proved to be a nightmarish ordeal for many as the number of illegal migrants entering the US reached its highest in more than 20 years. For this reason, Biden’s decision is now being looked down upon with many criticizing the President.
Republican Governor Abbott’s new decision is still a little sketchy but he appeared very confident to go ahead with it. Moreover, the Governor also revealed how he would further go about discussing the plan with press reporters in the upcoming week.
“We just have to build it. I have spoken to quite a few people here at the Rio Grande Valley and it’s amazing how they are getting overrun in this ordeal,” he explained.
“What the President of this country and his administration has done is an absolute disaster,” Abbott exclaimed.
The Governor also took this opportunity to praise former US President Donald Trump for taking adequate measures to secure the Southern Border.point 344 |
“His ‘Remain in Mexico’ policy was eradicated and so was the construction of the southern border wall.point 104 | And that has led to a dramatic increase in the number of individuals that keep entering across the southern border,” Abbott added.point 219 | 1
